Christmas Monday Club Rules

Christmas Monday Club Competition and Dinner

Rules

This competition is open to all members of Ramsdale Park Golf Centre.

It is a condition of entry that entrants have signed in on the computer and entered their score on completion of their round. (For this event this may be carried out by the organisers).

To be played off the yellow tees. All men must tee off from the winter mats where provided.

Stableford competition rules apply. Full handicap applies.

The draw for order of play will be posted on the Seniors notice board.  Any queries arising from the draw must be raised with the organisers at least 48 hours before the commencement of the Competition.

The cost of entry does not cover green fees and all competitors are responsible for payment of their green fees at the Club reception.

All competitors are responsible for making themselves available to commence their round at least 5 minutes before their allotted tee off time.  This is particularly important when there is a shotgun start.

After completion of their round all players are responsible for checking and signing their card and handing it to the competition organisers for checking and recording of the scores.

All competitors qualify to win a competition prize. The value of the prize will reflect your Stableford score on the day.

The only restriction on allocation of prizes applies to the “Seniors Memorial Trophy”.  To qualify players must have played in at least six Monday Club events during the year of this competition. The trophy will be awarded to the Male Senior player with the highest Stableford score, and meets the required qualifying criteria.

A trophy will be awarded to the highest placed lady golfer.

All queries regarding the application of the above rules, or any queries arising during the competition should be raised with the competition organisers at the first available opportunity for resolution by the Seniors Committee. The Senior Committee’s rulings on all matters are final.

All Rules of Golf to apply. It is not acceptable to waive a Rule of Golf e.g. recording gross scores, handicap recorded, markers signature, players’ signature etc.
